A supportive space to reclaim
confidence around COVID and lockdown
Wednesday mornings, 10am-12pm
Groups of up to five, £25 per person
Middle Aston House, OX25 5PT
We have come out of the third lockdown and are now on the road to a more
normal life again. Whilst many people feel comfortable heading back to the shops, gyms and pub gardens, other people do not. There is no judgement here or
‘right or wrong’, every individual is unique and has the right to make their
own way back out into the world at their own pace.
The first few sessions with be held outside in the beautiful grounds of Middle Aston House. During the course of these sessions, we would begin to build rapport, connection and trust amongst the group, so step-by-step we can eventually begin to meet safely indoors.
Individuals can share fears and barriers and be supported to overcome them in a
non-judgemental way. Each group member will feel differently, however, because
the group is small we can cater for everyone’s individual needs.
The group will consist of
• Nature walks
• Supportive talks
• Relaxation/grounding techniques
• Goal setting
• Coping strategies
• Confidence building
If this is something you feel would be beneficial to you, a friend or family member, then please contact me. The first step may be feeling unable to get to the venue, for whatever reason, please don’t let this be a barrier. To talk this through and to discuss your individual needs, contact firstname.lastname@example.org
