Meditation is an ancient practice and technique, proven to reduce stress and tension, increase awareness, strengthen insight, bring clarity release blocks and barriers and enhance our general wellbeing.
Helping you to:
• Increase feelings of well-being, stillness and peace

• Connect more to your intuition and wisdom
• Grow compassionate feelings towards yourself and others

Four weekly sessions to help begin and develop a meditation practice – learn to release stress and anxiety and promote inner calm and peace
Week 1
• Focussing on the breath
• Increasing our awareness
• Observing our busy minds and thoughts
Week 2
• Bodyscan meditations
• Being aware of sensations in the body
• Noticing how our emotions feel in a physical sense
Week 3
• Introducing compassion into our lives
• Heart based meditations to increase feelings of compassion towards ourselves and others
• Showing kindness and compassion to our inner critic
Week 4
• Connecting to our inner voice
• Learning to trust our higher self
• Visualisation meditations to tap into our intuition and gain strength, wisdom and insight
