About therapy with Hannah:

I see therapy as a collaborative process. Through honest and authentic conversation, we can approach your thoughts, feelings, and patterns with curiosity, not criticism, to better understand how they developed and how they might shift. It can be hard to know where to go next if you don’t know where you’re starting from.

The space I offer is one that encourages exploration and self-reflection. It’s a place where you can unpack your internal stories, both the supportive and the painful ones at your own pace. In getting to know yourself more fully, you create room for greater self-awareness, compassion, and the opportunity to make different choices.

I draw on a Psychodynamic approach (which means I consider how early life experiences have contributed to your current presentation) and Compassion-Focused Therapy techniques.

My experience is within both NHS primary care therapeutic settings and charitable organisations. I am experienced in working with a rich diversity of clients and ensure my practice feels welcoming to all.

My core training is within Psychodynamic Psychotherapy.

I am also trained in Compassion-Focussed Therapy for eating disorders.

Short and long term therapy is available depending on your needs.

I work with anyone over the age of 18 years.
