Join Sara and Jules to reconnect, release and receive on this transformative day retreat where you'll embark on a journey of coming back into presence with self and soul.
Through a heart-opening cacao ceremony, grounding yoga, calming breathwork, and sound healing work, you'll create space to reconnect with yourself, set powerful intentions, and release emotional and physical tension.
This day is designed to help return to your centre, leaving you feeling refreshed, aligned, and deeply restored. Step into this sacred space and give yourself the gift of presence and renewal.
Begin your journey with us in a sacred cacao ceremony, an ancient heart-opening ritual that helps you connect deeply with your inner self and set meaningful intentions for the day. The nurturing energy of cacao creates space for clarity, allowing you to enter a state of presence and self-connection.
With strong, clear and purposeful intentions, we move into a gentle yoga/somatic release session, designed to help you reconnect with your body and release stored tension. Through mindful movement, you’ll soften into your body’s natural rhythm, grounding yourself and deepening your awareness.
Honouring the body's vibrational needs, we take a light refreshment of fruits, teas, and natural energy snacks, and take the opportunity to connect with the natural beauty of the land and outdoor space.
We will then shift into a breathwork practice that facilitates gentle emotional release and invites a state of relaxation. As your breath flows freely, you’ll gently clear out stagnant energy, opening yourself to a sense of lightness and ease.
We close with a gentle sound experience, where you’ll receive the healing vibrations of crystal bowls, drums, chimes and channelled vocal sound healing specific to the needs of the collective energy of the group. Bathing gently in these soothing frequencies, you only need to receive, helping you to completely restore balance, leading to inner harmony and renewal.

Pre-Retreat Preparation
As you prepare for this transformative experience of reconnection, release, and renewal, we encourage you to take some intentional steps to support your journey before arriving. Below are a few simple practices and guidelines to help you align with the retreat’s healing energy and get the most out of our time together.
1. Set Your Intention
Take some quiet time in the days leading up to the retreat to reflect on what you wish to cultivate during this experience. What areas of your life are calling for healing, balance, or clarity? Is there something you’d like to release or invite in? Journaling, meditation, or simply sitting in stillness can help you connect deeply with your intentions and align with the retreat’s purpose.
2. Mind Your Diet: Nourishing Your Body
To support your body’s energy and prepare for the healing work ahead, we recommend the following dietary adjustments in the days leading up to the retreat:

Limit alcohol, caffeine, and processed foods: These substances can disrupt your energy, nervous system, and emotional balance, making it harder to engage fully in the healing practices we will explore. Reducing or eliminating them will help you arrive in a more grounded and receptive state.

Focus on whole, nutritious foods: Eating clean, nourishing meals rich in fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and natural proteins will help raise your vibration and prepare your body for the healing process. Think of it as fuelling yourself with energy-giving, high-vibration foods.

Hydrate: Drink plenty of water to keep your body well-hydrated and your energy flowing freely. This will support the physical and emotional release we may experience during practices like breathwork and yoga.
3. Healthy Eating Before the Retreat
We recommend enjoying a healthy breakfast before you arrive. Choose something healthy and energising so you feel sustained without feeling heavy.
During the retreat, we’ll offer a variety of natural energy snacks, fruits, vegetables, nuts and high-vibration foods designed to keep your energy balanced and support your healing journey. Please let us know if you have any allergies.
