About Healing

We are all essentially energy. When we feel good – emotionally, mentally and physically, it is an indication that our energy is flowing freely, and our energetic vibration or frequency is usually high.


When we experience challenge, difficulty or trauma, there is disruption to the energetic flow, causing us to feel discomfort, illness or pain. This may present as a range of symptoms such as anxiety, stress, depression, physical illnesses, negative thought patterns and general ‘dis-ease’. 

At these times, the energetic vibration or frequency is low. This theory, once thought to be ‘alternative’ is explained by the field of quantum physics. As a result of science catching up with experience, some energy practices are now considered ‘mainstream’, and many are offered by the NHS.

Energy therapies work directly at the energetic level, using a variety of processes to clear away energy blockages or stagnation, allowing energy to return to it’s natural state of flow and higher frequency. This brings about a deep state of relaxation and wellbeing, and the increase of higher vibrational energy allows healing. Energy healing is a non-invasive, safe and gentle process that everyone can benefit from.

Healing at Centre

We are a group of independent highly trained and experienced professional therapists, working collaboratively as associates. All our therapists adhere to the clinical and ethical guidelines of their registered professional body and as such, they undertake regular CPD (continuing Professional Development). Their practice is regularly supervised, to ensure the highest standards of counselling are maintained.

Initial consultation

We believe that finding the right therapist for you has the greatest impact on making change.

We offer an initial free consultation, firstly to offer some general information about finding the right therapy and therapist, but specifically to think about your needs in detail, and to share how the individual therapist can work with you. This will give you the sense of whether the therapist is the right ‘fit’ for you.
