About Hannah

My journey into holistic wellness began following a personal and sudden loss. Having started meditation to help me through stress, depression and anxiety following this loss, I trained to become a professional health and wellness consultant and holistic health and wellness coach.

My holistic health and wellness course touched upon meditation but I found the power of it so incredible that I attended many meditation training courses to become a qualified meditation teacher so that I could help others manage their own personal hurdles. I am truly passionate about helping others find that same sense of peace amidst the chaos of modern life.

 

My two decades of experience working with children have shaped me into a patient and empathetic practitioner, dedicated to supporting others with a compassionate and open heart.

About working with Hannah:

Group sessions

My guided meditation sessions have been designed to be your sanctuary – a place to leave the noise and chaos of day to day life behind and sink into a state of deep, restorative stillness. 

When you step into the softly lit room, the soft music and scent of essential oils are there to tell your nervous system: it’s okay to let go now.

We’ll start our time together with some gentle breathwork to quiet the mind. I’ll then guide you through the meditation, finishing with light floor stretches and a quiet moment of gratitude to ground you before you head back out into the world.

 

Whether you join me for a single session to feel lighter and more relaxed, or come regularly to build mental clarity and ease anxiety, you’ll leave feeling more connected to yourself and those around you.

 

I want your experience to be completely seamless, so I’ve taken care of everything. I provide yoga mats, cosy blankets, pillows, and eye masks ready for you. Of course, if you have a favourite blanket or cushion that makes you feel at home, please feel free to bring it. I recommend wearing something loose, comfy and warm so you can fully relax.

Personal 1-1 journeys

If you’re looking for a deeper, more personal path, my 1-1 sessions are a bespoke investment in your wellbeing. We move at your pace, focusing on exactly what you need – whether that’s managing high stress, improving sleep, or processing personal concerns.

In this private space, you can be completely yourself. There’s no group rhythm to follow; instead, we’ll work together to release the blocks holding you back. You’ll leave not just relaxed, but with a personalised toolkit for resilience that fits your life perfectly. It’s about bringing you back to your most balanced, authentic self.

Following a 1-1 session, we can dedicate time for a personal consultation. This provides a supportive space to discuss your progress and explore further ways to enhance your mental wellbeing. ​

£15 optional post 1-1 consultation.
