Guided Group Meditation Session: 9.30am-10.30am, £13 --------- This session is designed to help you transition from the noise of daily life into a state of deep, restorative stillness. You will be met with soft music and the gentle scent of essential oils, immediately signalling to your nervous system that it is time to unwind. The session begins with a welcoming introduction, then you will be guided through gentle breath work to calm your mind, followed by a meditation. The session will end with some light floor stretches and a gentle return to alertness and a personal moment of gratitude. By completing a single meditation session you will leave feeling lighter and more relaxed, regular sessions will allow you to gain a profound sense of mental clarity and a noticeable reduction in stress and anxiety. Beyond the immediate physical benefits, you will leave with a quiet mind and a deeper connection to yourself and the community around you. To ensure your experience is as seamless as possible, everything you need for the session is fully provided, I will supply yoga mats, cosy blankets, pillows and eye pillows. However, if you have a personal yoga mat, specific cushions, or a favourite blanket that helps you feel more comfortable, you can bring them along. I recommend wearing loose, comfortable clothing so you can relax fully into the practice. Private 1-1 Meditation Session: From 10.45am, £55 ------ An hour-long session offering a bespoke path to inner peace. Moving at your own pace and focusing on the techniques that resonate most with you – whether that is managing high-level stress, improving sleep or processing complex emotions – you will receive the dedicated attention and expert guidance necessary for true transformation. In the safety of this private space, you have the freedom to be completely yourself. There are no distractions and no need to follow a group rhythm; we will work together to identify and release the mental blocks holding you back. You will benefit from real-time adjustments to your technique and a level of depth that is difficult to reach in a crowd. You will leave feeling relaxed and equipped with a personalised toolkit for clarity and resilience that fits your lifestyle. This is more than just a meditation – it is a concentrated investment in your mental wellbeing, designed to accelerate your progress and bring you back to your most balanced self. Cancellation Policy

Your session is a dedicated time for your wellbeing. To ensure I can offer these spaces to everyone who needs them, I kindly ask you to let me know within 24 hours notice, via email, message or telephone call if you can not attend the session. Pre-booked sessions can be carried over to another day if 24 hours or more notice is given. If a session is cancelled with less than 24 hours notice the session will be non-refundable. I understand that life happens. In the event of a genuine emergency or sudden illness, please get in touch as soon as possible. These situations will be handled with compassion on a case-by-case basis.
