Busy professionals working from home often carry more than they realise. Tight shoulders, a racing mind and the quiet pressure of being “on” all the time. Even in familiar surroundings it can be difficult to truly switch off. This two-hour practical workshop offers something different: a space to pause. Through breathwork, gentle movement and colour visualisation, you’ll be invited to step out of constant thinking and doing and back into your body. There is nothing to achieve. Nothing to get right. Instead you’ll have time to: • Soften physical and mental tension • Allow your breathing to deepen naturally • Notice shifts in your energy • Experience steadier, clearer focus • Reconnect with a calmer inner rhythm By the end of the session you’ll feel lighter, more grounded and more present in the moment. As if the internal noise has softened and your mind and body have gently reset. This workshop is not about mastering techniques or striving for stillness. It’s about discovering what happens when you give yourself permission to slow down, move and SIMPLY BE.
