Join us for an enriching Hatha Yoga class, blending traditional postures with mindfulness techniques. Expect gentle stretches, breathwork, and relaxation, fostering physical vitality and mental clarity. Guided by an experienced teacher you'll engage in a series of yoga postures designed to enhance flexibility, build strength and promote relaxation. These classes will include mindful awareness of breath and body to deepen your practice, fostering a sense of calm and inner balance. These classes are welcoming and inclusive, and are beginner friendly or for more experienced students. Sara is a inclusive yoga teacher and she knows the importance of creating a friendly and safe environment into her classes. She also acknowledged that we are all different and this might mean different things to each individual, therefore she encourages a non-judgmental relationship with her students.
