Start the week with an air of calm and learn breathing techniques to help you step out of a stressed or anxious mode and into a state of relaxation. Each week there will be a chance to learn about and practice various meditations including breath work, compassion, visualisation, body scanning and chakras. The meditations will be guided to help you through the process and enable you to have a deeper experience. The sessions will also be informative building knowledge over the weeks about a range of meditations, their benefits and ways you can support your meditation journey. Equipment will be provided, including yoga mats, chairs, cushions and blankets and you will be supported to find positions that are comfortable for you. Wear something comfortable. Pre-booking your space is essential but you only need to book per session so you can come to as many or few as life allows.
