Diagnosed with Fibromyalgia and Hypermobility 10 years ago, Sara faced widespread chronic pain and physical and mental health challenges. Her mission is to share the transformational healing power of mind-body methods that have supported her recovery, leading to long-lasting relief and physical and emotional freedom.
