I’ll share lots of realistic, practical tips that can easily be incorporated into your everyday life. My aim is to help women feel more in control of what’s going on at this transitional time whilst helping you to tune in to the signals your bodies are giving you. I’m very much a complementary practitioner and work alongside women who are on HRT or those that choose a more natural route. We will talk about: • What is the perimenopause/menopause and what are the symptoms associated with it. • Why we suffer with symptoms such as hot flushes, weight gain, anxiety, brain fog and low libido • How to get back into balance: handy hacks, tips and tricks • Lifestyle and self-care support About Victoria Victoria Thomas Nutrition is based at Centre, Deddington, offering 1:1 virtual clinics (nationwide) or clinic room consultations from my lovely clinic space at Centre. All consultations start with a free, no obligation 20-minute health review. I have a degree level Diploma in Naturopathic Nutrition from the College of Naturopathic Nutrition, London. I support both men and women with a range of symptoms and conditions including (but not limited to): • Hormone health (peri / menopause, low testosterone, PMS, PCOS and thyroid disorders) • Fatigue, low energy and sleep issues • Low mood and anxiety • Stress and burnout • Gut issues and digestive discomfort I am a crazy foodie at heart and am passionate about health and wellbeing. I have 2 teenage boys, a husband who is often away from home and an elderly parent who requires support – I am a living embodiment of the sandwich generation: I know only too well the stresses of these midlife years!
