Join Kate for a calm, nurturing class that is designed to support you through every stage of your pregnancy. The class blends gentle, pregnancy-safe movement with breathwork and deep relaxation, helping you feel strong, steady and more connected to your changing body and your baby. Each session will focus on easing common areas of tension such as the back, hips and shoulders, while building functional strength to support posture, pelvic stability and preparation for birth. Breathwork will be woven throughout the practice. You'll learn simple, effective breathing techniques to help regulate your nervous system, reduce stress and anxiety, improve sleep and develop steady, rhythmic breathing patterns which you can use during labour. We will move slowly and mindfully, with plenty of options and support offered. This is not about pushing or striving — it's about listening, adapting and honouring what your body needs on that day. You'll also be guided into deep rest at the end of class, allowing space for integration, recovery and connection with your baby. Beyond the physical practice, this class offers practical tools, confidence-building education and a supportive community of other mums-to-be. There is always time to connect, ask questions and share experiences if you would like to. This class is suitable from 12 weeks pregnancy. Kate has been teaching yoga for over seven years, sharing Vinyasa, Dynamic, Yin, Restorative and Pregnancy Yoga in a warm, inclusive way. She believes yoga should feel accessible to every body, offering thoughtful options so students can move with confidence and ease. A 500-hour certified teacher and Level 3 Breathwork Coach, Kate supports both physical strength and nervous system regulation Maximum amount of participants in the space is 6. Mats and all props are provided. Please bring water and wear comfortable clothing you can move easily in. Suitable from 12 weeks+. Tea and time to chat after class.

Cancellation Policy

Free cancellation up to 14 days before the course start date. 50% refund for cancellations made between 7 and 14 days before the course. Cancellations made within 7 days of the course start date are non-refundable. In the event that the teacher needs to cancel due to an emergency, the session will be rescheduled to the same weekday in the following week. If you're unable to attend the new date, a discount code will be offered for use towards another session or course.
