In this course, we delve into the intricate workings of the nervous system and explore how homeostasis, the body's natural balance, is maintained. Gain insights into the autonomic nervous system and its two branches, sympathetic and parasympathetic, as well as of the vagus nerve, and understand how they influence our responses to stress and relaxation. Explore how prolonged stress or trauma can disrupt the nervous system's equilibrium, leading to a myriad of physical and emotional challenges. We can't rush our nervous system to regulate. Because of that this four-session course is spread out across eight weeks. This way you will be supported throughout this period, as you start to implement this practices in your daily live.
