Join us for a powerful, hands-on workshop that bridges science and embodiment to support your physical health, emotional wellbeing, and recovery from chronic stress, chronic symptoms and illness. In this immersive experience, you'll explore the healing power of somatic awareness and myofascial release techniques to regulate your nervous system, relieve tension, and foster deeper body connection. This unique session blends evidence-informed education with embodied practices, offering tools you can take home and use in everyday life. Through a combination of somatic awareness practices, vagus nerve stimulation, self-myofascial release and a deeply restorative Yoga Nidra, you'll learn how to release stored tension, increase mobility, and promote calm and healing from within. After recovering from fibromyalgia and hypermobility-related chronic pain through mind-body methods, Sara now supports others in reconnecting with their bodies, healing from within, and living with more freedom and ease.
