This experiential journey over four classes is designed for those living with chronic stress, anxiety, burnout, fatigue, chronic pain or ongoing health symptoms that don’t seem to fully resolve. Many physical and emotional symptoms are not simply “in the mind” – they are rooted in an overwhelmed nervous system that has been living in survival for too long. When the body is stuck in fight-flight, freeze, shutdown or fawn responses, it can create persistent patterns of tension, inflammation, fatigue, anxiety, digestive issues and flare-ups of chronic illness. This course helps you understand that pattern and gently begin to shift it. Across four live sessions spaced over 6 weeks (allowing integration time between sessions), you will explore: • How the autonomic nervous system works and why it shapes your physical and emotional health • The role of the vagus nerve in stress regulation, mood, sleep, immunity and resilience • How trauma, high stress, personality traits and long-term pressure impact the body • Why symptoms persist even when medical tests are normal • How to build safety and capacity in the body without forcing or rushing healing Each session includes nervous system education grounded in science, alongside trauma-informed somatic practices designed to restore regulation from the bottom up. Practices may include gentle movement, interoceptive awareness, vagus nerve stimulation exercises, breath work, guided regulation and reflective integration. This is not a high-intensity course. It is intentionally paced to support nervous system safety. Between sessions, you will receive simple practices to integrate into daily life, helping you build sustainable resilience rather than temporary relief. You will receive: • 4 live 90-minute sessions • Integration time between sessions • A digital workbook with key teaching points and reflections • Practices to support regulation between sessions • Access to recordings if you miss a session By the end of the course, participants typically experience: • Greater understanding of their symptoms through a nervous system lens • Reduced anxiety and stress reactivity • Improved sleep, energy and emotional regulation • A deeper sense of safety and connection within their body • Practical tools to manage flare-ups and build long-term resilience This course offers a compassionate, science-informed and embodied approach to healing – empowering you to work with the root causes of dysregulation.

Cancellation 14 days or more prior to course start: Full refund minus £20 admin fee. Cancellation within 14 days of course start: 50% refund. Cancellation within 7 days of course start: Non-refundable (unless place can be filled). If a session must be cancelled by the facilitator, an alternative date will be offered or a partial refund provided.
