The Soul Yoga Flow practice is an energised yoga class with foundations in Hatha/Vinyasa. This practice will connect the body and the breath as we move through different postures. It will be strong in parts but will have an equal balance of softness, creating a space for you to strength, grow and heal from the inside out. We will explore strength and range of motion so you can leave energised in a deeper level, allowing you to find balance within the body and mind. The aim of this term is to deepen your yoga practice through strength-based asana and pranayama (breath exercises), whilst also inviting our bodies and mind to find a deep sense of balance and calm. The class energy will be building as the days become longer. • Reduce Stress & Anxiety • Improve Mind-Body connection • Enhance physical Strength • Improve flexibility and balance • Boost mental clarity • Increase energy levels This class will be held in a close and intimate group with a maximum capacity of 6 people. These classes are welcoming to all and are inclusive, and beginners friendly or for more experienced students.
