This four-week Summer Reset course (Part of the Seasonal Reset Series) is designed for busy professionals who work from home and want to feel more balanced, energised and at ease during the summer season. If you often feel mentally full, stretched by competing demands or find it hard to switch off from work this course offers a supportive space to slow down, reset and replenish your energy. Each weekly session combines gentle yoga movement, breathwork, acupressure, nutritional advice suited to the summer season, wellbeing insights supporting you in gaining a clearer understanding of your personal energy patterns and what helps or hinders your wellbeing. You’ll leave with simple, practical tools you can continue to use in daily life to support calmness, clarity, resilience and ease. All equipment is provided at the venue, though you are welcome to bring your own yoga mat if you prefer. Please wear loose comfortable clothing and bring along some water. No previous yoga experience is needed, all practices are fully guided and modified to meet the needs of all attendees.

Cancellation Policy

Free cancellation 5 days prior to course starting. Should the practitioner being unable to teach the workshop due to emergency circumstances your place will be rescheduled onto the next available date for the session. In the event of you being unable to make the rescheduled date a discount code will be provided for other session/course enrolment.
