Now that we are well into the winter months, are you ready for the challenge of coughs, colds and ill health? Do you find it harder to get out of bed now that the dark nights and shorter days are here? Does winter make you sad and a little bit low? Does the damp weather exacerbate your pain? Want to feel energised and invigorated and looking forward to what 2025 has in store? If the answer to any of these is yes, I have the solution just for you. Why not take part in a Winter Wellness 'Power Hour' where I will guide you through the simple nutrition and lifestyle changes you can adopt to keep you fighting fit and feeling brilliant this winter. One-hour slots are available on Mondays and Fridays at 8.30am, 10am and 11.30am throughout January and February. You will be asked to fill out a simple health questionnaire prior to the meeting. During our session together, we will look at why the change in season increases our risk of illness and fatigue, whilst showing you how how to make simple, manageable nutrition and lifestyle changes that can help boost your immune resilience and keep you well this winter. You will leave the session with a full nutrition plan to guide you on your journey.
