Yoga & Somatic Balance invites you to explore a gentle and healing approach to movement. This class combines mindful Yoga, Tai Chi and Somatic practices that help connect breath with body, activating the parasympathetic nervous system for relaxation, inner calm and grounding. Set in an intimate group environment (5-6 people), the class encourages a strong sense of community and personal support, allowing each session to be tailored to your needs. Throughout this class, you’ll experience: • Mindful Movement and Yoga – Engaging in gentle yoga sequences and Tai Chi movement that connect the breath and body, fostering a sense of balance, relaxation, and fluidity • Somatic Healing Practices – Techniques specifically aimed at activating the body’s natural relaxation response, soothing the nervous system, and encouraging a sense of calm and ease • Grounding Practices – Breathing exercises and relaxation techniques that cultivate inner strength, help release tension, and invite the body into a restful state Whether you’re managing stress, seeking relief from chronic pain, or simply desiring a mindful space to unwind, this class offers a restorative journey through movement that nurtures body and mind. Sara is a passionate and warm-hearted yoga, mindfulness teacher (MCBT), Somatic Mind-Body Syndrome Practitioner (chronic pain & symptoms coach) and Reiki Practitioner. Sara's healing journey began nine years ago when she was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia and Hypermobility, leading to widespread chronic pain and physical and mental health challenges. Seeking relief, she turned to meditation and yoga, discovering relief and support. It wasn’t until last year she found profound healing on physical and emotional level by using the Mind-Body approach.

Free cancellation within 7 days prior to the course date. In the eventuality of emergency cancellation from the teacher part, the session will be moved to the following calendar weekday. In the eventuality of not being able to make the rescheduled date, a recording of the session can be provided if requested in advance.
