My passion is to help women find inner-peace, healing, wellbeing and connection back to their inner self and spiritual essence or life in general, so that they can live a more empowered life full of happiness and vitality.

I work intuitively and empathically creating a safe space to support and guide you, tailoring each session to your own needs. I can draw from a range of energy healing, modern psychology, meditation and Intuitive coaching to release unhelpful emotions and transform your sense of emotional and physical wellbeing, bringing you into alignment with your desires.

My approach to energy healing and wellness originates from my own personal journey of healing and transformation, together with over 10 years of experience working with clients using a range of mind, body, soul tools to provide deep and lasting change.

Reiki is an energy healing technique that brings about deep relaxation and wellbeing by balancing and harmonising all aspects of a person; mind, body, emotions and spirit. It is a simple, natural and safe method of healing for all and can be used alone or to complement all other medical or therapeutic techniques.

Reiki is an ideal support at times of stress or challenge, it is gentle, non-intrusive and activates the natural healing processes of the patient's body; the body’s own healing mechanisms begin to function more effectively which helps restore physical and emotional balance at all levels.

What to expect during your reiki treatment:

We start with a brief consultation and ascertain your aims for the session. If appropriate, I will start by guiding you into a relaxed state using meditation, music and essential oils.

Reiki is administered by the hands, placed lightly on or near the body, fully clothed, in a sequence of moves spending several minutes in each position. There is no massage or manipulation, healing energy flows to the patient easily and naturally.

You may or may not feel sensations during a Reiki treatment. Some people experience sensations such as heat, coolness, tingling or gentle pulsing under my hands or in other parts of the body, some may see colours, or have an emotional response, indicating that shifts are taking place, allowing harmony to be restored. You may even fall asleep. Benefits reported are feelings of deep relaxation, calm and peace on all levels, pain relief, decreased anxiety, and a sense of well-being. Or you may feel mental clarity and energised. Research has shown that this occurs because the activity of parasympathetic autonomic nervous system in the patient increases significantly. There is no right or wrong way to experience Reiki, just the way your body needs it.

I often get intuitive messages while giving a Reiki treatment, which we may discuss at the end of your session. I do not offer a diagnosis or prognosis.

This massage technique uses a perfect blend of oils for you that will thoroughly relax your mind and muscles and soothe any sore or inflamed tissues in your body. Combined with Reiki healing, the technique is gentle and can be adapted to accommodate young or sensitive skin, so that anyone can benefit.

AromaTouch is a clinical approach to applying essential oils along the energy meridians and visceral contact points of the back and feet to help balance sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous systems of the body and bring about healthful flow of energy.

This effective technique utilises therapeutic grade essential oils and oil blends that have demonstrated profound effects on four conditions that constantly challenge the ability of the body’s systems to function optimally; stress, increased toxin levels, inflammation, and autonomic nervous system imbalance to;

The Access Bars® is an energetic body process involving gentle touching of 32 points on your head that promotes deep relaxation, clarity of thought and life transformations. These points (The Bars) store the electromagnetic component of all the thoughts, ideas, beliefs, stress, emotions and locked up energy in your mind and body over any lifetime.

This gentle energetic body process is an incredibly nurturing and relaxing process, undoing limitation in all aspects of your life that you are willing to change, easing stress anxiety and PTSD.

Similar to when the lights go out in your house and you flip the circuit breaker or trip switch so the lights come on: a bars session allows your lights to come on. Universal energy becomes available to you and this often results in more peace, ease, joy and happiness in life.

Several doctors who are experts in biofeedback have reported changes in their brain waves, going from beta to much more relaxed theta waves during the course of a one hour session. This is no surprise as it’s been known for years that the Bars change the electrical function of the brain.

During a session I connect with the tools and techniques most effective for you to allow healing and transformation.

During the session you will be guided to use tapping on a series of acupressure points on your face and upper body whilst tuning in to a negative thought, experience or emotion. Sometimes the release is very fast, and is usually permanent.

After the treatment you will feel relaxed, at peace and positive. I will always guide you on self care and you will be able to continue Tapping between sessions if appropriate.
